    1° dia:☑ foi bem dificil tive que fazer bastante intervalos., meu corpo doia.
    2° dia:☑ foi dificil tive que fazer intervalos também mas foi.,meu corpo doeu principalmente as pernas
    3° dia:☑ foi mais facil e fiz menos intervalos, e minha perna ficou um pouco dolorida,fiz poucos intervalos
    4° dia:☑ foi beeem mais facil e meu corpo já acostumou um pouco, fiz pouco intervalos
    5° dia:☑ bem facil meu corpo nem doia mais, sem intervalos
    6° dia:☑ hojê foi bem facil e nem fiz intervalos
    7° dia:☑foi facil, porem fiz alguns interlos pra conseguir beber agua e respirar, não vejo diferença no meu corpo porem não tenho balança pra me pesar então não sei se perdi peso durante a 1 semana.

  7. Hi Lilly little problem here. I've done it for 10 days so far but switching with your other cardio videos and taking 3 days rest. I am starting to feel pain in my abductor that goes down through my knee. Am not sure which exercise is causing it, the skaters or lunges, what should I do?
